Orders

Orders are placed through WhatsApp, phone or in the store. An order is confirmed only when we confirm the price, availability and payment terms with you directly.

Payment and invoices

We provide GST invoices for purchases. Payment methods, EMI options and finance eligibility are explained at the time of purchase and depend on the payment or finance partner.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product and invoice. Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer's service policy.
