Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the product in the store, or on delivery, before accepting it.

Damaged or dead-on-arrival items

If an item is physically damaged or does not work when first used, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your invoice. We will arrange a replacement or repair as per the manufacturer's policy.

Change of mind

Opened electronics and items that have been activated or registered can usually not be returned. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be exchanged within 7 days at our discretion.

Warranty service

For faults after the first week, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will help you with the service centre process.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is made to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
